SESSION 1 | UNDERSTANDING the Nature of the Mind
Get to know how your mind works, the mental processes that it commonly experiences and how to disconnect it from old patterns, creating space so you can consciously start “cleaning it up”, gaining clarity and inner peace.
Get to know and practice the techniques.
SESSION 2 | HACKING your Central Nervous System
Gain a deeper understanding of your subtle anatomy, the power and impact of your breathing.
How to intentionally get access to your sympathetic or parasympathetic nervous system, so you can consciously increase your energy levels or induce relaxation, so a better meditation experience could arise easily

Her aim is to empower people to reconnect with their inner peace and wellness through the practice of ancient techniques that helps to cope with modern lifestyle issues.
